It took several days to get the job done due to miscommunications between LBA and the customer. Then the first tech and the company. The second tech did all he could to remedy the situation and was great!

Walker seemed to find a solution none of the other techs found and this was the 5 th time this year I have to have my furnace fixed. Even tho he came out at night he was pleasant and very helpful

Our service technician was excellent, well trained, and provided us with complete information regarding the repair of the thermostat unit. He also inspected our furnace and recommended cleaning the blower 'which we will do at a later date. Great Service!
Arrived for AC maintenance. Static was failing, checked vents, dampers, changed filter. Still failing so called out supervisor. Duct work dirty. All electronic components in furnace were within range. Blower wheel getting dirty.microbial on evaporator coil. Refrigerant levels low, topped off. All electronic components in ac within range. Customer would like to speak with husband and have him talk to me. I offered to schedule a time for me to return and talk with both homeowners. Customer declined. I will call tomorrow afternoon to follow up.
Upon arrival check all opponent in the AC mode. Check static static was passing as well as CFM‘s to go look at the rest of the outside unit itself a notice of the contactors. We’re burnt, as well as the capacitor for the unit itself was reading below what it was supposed to also the blower wheel inside on the unit was pretty dirty. I let the customer know what my concerns were and what needed to be done to get that unit up and running good customer said he spent pretty good amount of money getting their house painted so they were just able to do the capacitor and join our maintenance plan. They are going to give us a call once they get a little bit more money to get those other things all replaced and cleaned
On this job, I was showing up because the AC was not starting. Upon arriving I figured out that the outdoor condenser unit was not working and after turning on the system and checking, it was clear that there was an error code for HTXV and leaking coil. Also zero refrigerant in the lines. This was stopping the system from running with no refrigerant. Supervisors been called out and is going over options for repair and replacement.
