Patrick gets 5 stars - LBA gets 2 I am a disappointed and dissatisfied customer - you guys keep blowing it. Do I need to find another company. I’ve been loyal customer for many years. I’m hoping Tracey (manager) will call and take some responsibility on behalf of the sub par service of LBA.
LBA came for the annual a/c checkup today and did a thorough job. They called ahead, were on time, and explained everything to us.
Installed new a/c and coil with ecobee t-stat
AC and coil replacement tomorrow due to a bad compressor. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Arrived to do a two system performance maintenance. Set each system for cooling. Measured each systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace and air handler for cleanliness. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Cleared the fault code for the dirty coil on the main floor system. Rinsed coils free of debris. Called to speak with the homeowner about the systems. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.
Went for an out, dirty filter, clogged drain line, did clean drain and replaced filter. Checked charged, system was low as well temp split was off.
The brackets the Outside minisplit was coming off of the house. I did my best to secure it back but without uninstalling the minispilt. We might have to go back out to uninstall it and remount the brackets
Supply flex was loose put back and place and secured. Insulation was going down due pest chewing through around the chimney. Will need to seal to avoid more insulation going down. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Arrived to complete previously diagnosed repairs. Upon inspection of the system found it operating like normal. Went outside and cycled power and found that the condenser fan was taking even longer to start than when we were out for the maintenance. Removed the old condenser fan assembly from the condenser. Took fan assembly to the van to replace the motor and get out of the rain. Removed the fan blades from the old motor and removed it from its mount. Mounted the new motor and installed the fan blades. Once rain let up to a tolerable level, went to install new condenser fan on the condenser. Routed wires and sealed the protrusion from critters. Wired in the motor and mounted it to the condenser. Applied power and tested system operations. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time.
