Rob has offered superior support in a challenging situation which came as a surprise. As I was home (after a week in hospital) recovering from surgery, suddenly we had a sewage backed up drain in basement. From what might have been relatively standard unclogging of drain with a snake, Rob came to make sure all was ok since Eli (also top notch professional with genuine compassion and care) had encountered some difficulty in releasing the snake. Turned out our clay sewage pipe from house to city sewer point was severely damaged with abundant intrusion of tree roots blocking the line. Suddenly a backed up sewer drain became a major issue of replacing the pipe (bursting). Rob was invaluable in explaining the issues, guiding me through insurance process, and achieving good financing option.
Chase was very knowledgeable and super friendly! Thank you
Ramon did a great job with fixing my furnace. He explained the process and was great at answering all of my questions. He was very professional and courteous. He really did a great job!
The technician, Andy Snapp, arrived on time and serviced the furnace. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and showed me areas of concern.
The technician was a nice fellow. And he did a good job out here.
Reece was great to work with and got the job done well and efficiently.
Left VM regarding visit from yesterday. Will try again later today.
Proposed system replacement options will follow up tomorrow.
Evaluated customers mini split. Customer called saying system was showing an error, F0. Error indicated rather ambient temp sensor on indoor head or refrigerant level low. Tested ambient sensor and it is operating properly. Refrigerant lines were beginning to cycle and then would drop out and thaw. It is my belief that system is low on refrigerant.
Went for a maintenance call today. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Static pressure is passing when running in cool. Temp split passes for system. Refrigerant levels are passing. Did replace filter for customer. Will recommend a lower merv rating. System has no wear and tear. As well system is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Left VM to follow up from last visit In March
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found bacterial growth present on the bottom of the evaporator coil. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Supply airflow fix set for Monday morning arrival time
Went for an AC inspection. Found we had a restrictive filter and a supply issue. Inside airflow needs to be fixed, outside unit checked out and passed inspection. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Completed AC inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time. Thank you!
Dispatched for a 2system ac tuneup. The main unit is operating within manufacturer specifications. The upstairs unit has a faulty compressor. The thermo overload is locked open.
Investigated a noise coming from the ductwork. When I went upstairs, it appears that one of the dampers got knocked loose when we did the duct cleaning. I re-tightened the damper in a position so it’s always open.
Went for a maintenance call today. All electrical components are passing when testing for both system. Static is passing for both system. Did clean both condenser unit outside. Temp split is passing for both system. Refrigerant levels are passing for systems. No wear and tear on system. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
